The Instituto de Investigaciones Bibliotecológicas y de la Información (“IIBI”) together with The International Federation of Library Associations and Institutions (“IFLA”) are the hosts of the Mexican Information Global Forum (“Mexinfo”) 2024. mGeneral Terms and Conditions for Registration
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all Mexinfo registrations and are valid for each participant registered for Mexinfo. Any registered person is considered a participant. These terms and conditions are also binding for all group registrations. All registrations and payments will be made through the GINEA SystemMexinfo Registration
The registration deadlines are as follows:Early Registration deadline: Until 21 June 2024, 24:00 CST
Standard Registration deadline:Until 29 July 2024, 24:00 CST
Onsite Registration: from 6 August 2024
Only fully completed registration will be accepted. The registration fee is based on the date of the receipt of the registration form or completed online registration as well as the payment in full in accordance with the deadlines mentioned above. The online registration can be completed on GINEA System by clicking the button “register and pay” on https://sistemas.iibi.unam.mx/ginea/econtinua/
If the maximum participant capacity is reached, the Organizer reserves the right to refuse any registration. A claim to participation is excluded in this respect. Only registered participants will be permitted access to the Congress. Methods of Payment Payment is required at the time of registration and is due in USA Dollar or Mexican Pesos, using one of the following methods:
1. Credit Card Visa or MasterCard are accepted.
Credit cards are debited in USA Dollar.
2. Bank Transfer – until 29 July 2024
